Let's slow things down and maximise our precious time out. Rejuvenate ourselves with an “I’m Not Bendy” Chair Session designed to stretch our muscles and uplift as well as align us. Unwind with a healthy lunch. Deepen the connection with yourself and Mother Nature as we move into the present moment.



Listen to the birds singing their songs as we practice in our indoor / outdoor studio and enjoy a hearty Vegan lunch in the company of like-minded women.


Located just behind Verwood and Three-legged Cross in Wimborne, we are tucked away up a stony country lane in a countryside oasis. We are just 20 minutes from Bournemouth. Full directions will be sent to you at the time of application in advance of the day.

Half Day Retreat Schedule

  • Our Downtime Retreat will begin with an "I'm Not Bendy" Exercise Session which will be gentle exercise with the use of a chair.

  • Depending on the programme chosen, this will either be a talk on Living in the Present or Women's Well being.

  • We will have our Vegan Lunch and time to chat

  • Set our intentions and back home
